The Department of Sport and Nutrition at University College Birmingham is looking to recruit a candidate with credible industry experience, complemented by a background in teaching/mentoring/coaching, to join our team as a Lecturer in Food and Nutrition; teaching across a range of subject areas at levels 4-7.

Essential requirements for this role include:

  • Relevant teaching experience 
  • Industry experience related to Food/Nutrition/Public Health
  • Qualification in a relevant discipline

  • Disease modulation through dietary change 
  • Human nutrition (metabolism and biochemistry) 
  • Public health nutrition
