We are looking for an experienced learning and development professional with significant practical experience of successfully designing and delivering engaging, practical and cost-effective learning and development interventions using a range of mediums. This role is offered on a full time, fixed term basis for 3 years. 

You will be able to interpret the high-level drivers within our People Plan to understand the skills required to deliver the University strategy and work with our diverse community to understand the development needs of specific target audiences. Candidates should have a CIPD accredited professional qualification or post graduate diploma in personnel management.

Your flexible style, “can do attitude” and ability to build strong collaborative relationships, whilst being able to handle challenge is essential. 

It is an exciting time to join our team as we have just launched our new Line Manager Development Programme which is open to all line managers across the University. One of the responsibilities in this role is the facilitation and delivery of this programme, alongside our many other workshops all of which are being delivered virtually at this time. 

This role is usually based at our lively Highfield campus, although you may be required to work from home during the COVID-19 pandemic.
