Head of Operational Innovation
Our mission is to contribute to the improvement of society through transformational educational experiences. With 1000s of learners each year, 6 flagship programmes and a major strategic collaboration between UCD, TU Dublin and seven enterprise sectors (Convene), the UCD Innovation Academy (IA) seeks to recruit a Head of Operational Innovation for its ambitious four-year growth plan.
Reporting to the Director of the IA, the appointed 'Head of Operational Innovation' will play a key part in the next phase of the Innovation Academy's development by leading a culture of operational innovation, service excellence and programme innovation for this experimental and agile unit within the larger framework of the University. Managing and inspiring a team of nine, you will be responsible for the operations strategy including processes, resources, business development, HR, communications, marketing, information management and innovative technological integration. As Head of Operational Innovation, you will ensure the provision of pioneering services to our learners, financial sustainability as well as the branding of IA's programmes to internal and external stakeholders.

95 Senior Administrative Officer (2013) Salary Scale: €77,058 - €107,732 per annum
Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines
