The successful candidate will be part of the School Executive team, provide leadership for the development of international partnerships and

will be responsible for the delivery of teaching as well as engaging in research and ongoing programme development.

Role

As a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer Health Visiting, you will lead and teach on modules on undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Develop the curriculum, support and assess students. You will use your practical skills and linking them to higher education needs.

This role is a 2 Year Fixed Term, Part Time contract (0.6 FTE) The School of Nursing and Midwifery require a replacement post due to retirement within the Maternal and Child health Division. We would like to take this opportunity for an active Registered Health Visitor to join the School of

Nursing and Midwifery as a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer. We will support the successful candidate to gain a teaching qualification.

Ideal Candidate

To be successful, you will have an active NMC registration with evidence of professional development. Experienced in caring for children and have a willingness to develop a career in Higher Education. You must demonstrate your knowledge and experience of Health Visiting, education and practice, including the current health policy.
