Would you like to work in a forward-thinking institution where values of student experience, customer service, academic quality, value for money and continuous improvement are at the forefront of how we make our decisions? Do you place the student at the heart of all that you do? If your answer is ‘yes’ to these questions, we have a great opportunity for you to experience it all for yourself and to join our Academic Team in a brand new role of Senior Lecturer (Academic Development – Assessment).

In this role, you will be responsible for the functional and operational academic development across a range of academic programmes. You will collaborate with stakeholders on the design, development, and implementation of module assessments in line with research-based best pedagogical and assessment practice, the University of Sunderland (UoS) Digital First Curriculum, and the University of Sunderland in London Academic Development Strategic Plan.
