Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the School of Biomedical Sciences (Ref.: 503074), to commence as soon as possible for two or three years, with the possibility of renewal.
Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree preferably in Cell Biology, Neuroscience or a related discipline. Preference will be given to those with experience in cell culture, cellular/molecular biology, animal studies (Xenopus and mouse models), electrophysiology, and/or microscopy. Applicants should also be self-motivated, organized and able to work independently as well as in a team. The appointee will work under the supervision of Dr. Chi Wai Lee on a collaborative research-based project relating to BDNF signalling in neuromuscular synapse formation.
