012899 UCD Post-doctoral Research Fellow Level 1 or 2, UCD School of Chemical and Bioprocess Engineering, 2 years
This position is part of a research collaboration between UCD Chemical and Bioprocess Engineering and a global biopharmaceutical company in the area of Downstream Biopharmaceutical Processing. The collaboration aims to combine, multi-scale modelling (process simulation and CFD), advanced analytics, proteomics and fabrication of highly engineered R and D platforms via 3D-printing, to advance quantitative and digital design principles in biopharmaceutical DSP development and manufacturing. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take on a leadership position in terms of process and platform development in this multidisciplinary team of chemical and biochemical engineers, biochemists, and analytical scientists.

Salary: €37,874 - €43,782 per annum (PD1)
or
Salary: €45,041 per annum (PD2)
