ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF MARKETING, ADMISSIONS, Sloan School of Management, to lead the team responsible for planning, creating, and implementing strategic marketing for the Sloan’s master’s programs (MBA, MFin, MBAn, Sloan Fellows MBA, LGO, and MSMS). Will develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, e.g., program and student support offices, social influencers, consultants, and vendors; manage the day-to-day operations of marketing staff; oversee digital marketing and online advertising, external websites, email communications, social media platforms, and printed materials in an effort to align channels, increase diversity of the prospect pool, drive event attendance, and convert applicants and admitted students; and serve as a member of the admissions committee.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: bachelor's degree; at least three years of related experience; strong project management skills including ability to motivate teams and manage freelancers, vendors, and budgets; and leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills vendors, and managing budgets. Solid leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills required. 

PREFERREDmaster’s degree and supervisory and digital marketing experience. Job #18995-8
