We are currently seeking a Veterinary Nursing Lecturer / Clinical Tutor to join our team within the Veterinary and Animal Sciences Department based at Oatridge Campus. The department has full time courses and part time courses for employed students including Level 3 Diploma in Veterinary Nursing and Veterinary Care Assistant Level 2 Diploma. The main purpose of this post is to lecture and support Veterinary Nursing and Veterinary Care Assistant students across all levels.
Applications are invited from highly motivated and qualified Veterinary Nursing or Veterinary professionals with relevant practical experience and extensive knowledge of the industry. Teaching experience would be beneficial.
This is a full time, permanent role. The majority of this role will be based teaching and supporting students at Glasgow University Small Animal Hospital but time will also be spent at Oatridge Campus, (estimated GUVS 4 days:1 day Oatridge).
Please note that, although this is a full time post, we would consider part time applications based on 0.5 FTE (2.5 days per week) on a job share basis. If you are interested in this role on a part time basis please specify this in the supporting statement on the application form.
