Overview
The Research Project Coordinator will support a new NSF-funded collaboration between Princeton, Yale, and Intel. This person will be responsible for coordinating the logistics of all events and communications, including the focus groups and surveys, as well as mailings and web site maintenance. This person will also be responsible for budget management, maintaining records, assisting with reporting to the NSF, and helping coordinate administrative interactions with between the host institution (Princeton) and the others involved (Yale and Intel).
This is a 9 month term position with the possibility of renewal based on continued funding and performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all focus groups, surveys, mailings, website maintenance
- Oversee the overall budget, maintain all records, and will be responsible for all NSF reporting
- Coordinate all logistics and communications for the Accelerator Project
- Coordinate interactions between Princeton and partner institutions (Yale and Intel)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Neuroscience or related field, and 3+ years of experience
- Knowledge of the following:
- Learning Management Systems: Angel, Canvas, Blackboard
- Ellucian Products: Web Advisor, Colleague, Student Planning, and AdvisorTrac
- Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, OneDrive, Office 365, MS Teams
- Google drive: google slides, shared docs, googledocs
- Zoom
Master's degree preferred
