Description
The Department of Statistics in the Physical Sciences Division at the University of Chicago invites applications for tenure-track faculty positions at the rank of Assistant Professor. We particularly seek individuals doing advanced research in probability, statistical methodology, theory, or in related fields.

Qualifications
By the time of hire candidates must have completed all requirements for the PhD in statistics or some field of mathematics or science where statistical concepts or methods play an important role.
A demonstrated research record appropriate to the rank, and experience teaching, are required.
