Job Profile Administration - Administrative Roles

Job Purpose
You will be responsible for providing support in all aspects of academic resourcing, with a particular focus around resourcing assessments. Reporting to the Resourcing Manager, you will help ensure that the resourcing needs for the school are identified and managed effectively throughout the academic cycles.
You will be responsible for maintaining key relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The post holder will be required to handle both professional and business information that is of a sensitive and/or confidential nature.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resource formative and summative marking throughout the year
- Resource assessment writing activity
- Provide administrative support in resourcing and timetabling of all teaching activities
- Recording of staff holidays on QV, ensuring key peak times are managed accordingly
- Make individual student timetable changes using the Scientia system
- Liaise regularly with key stakeholders to ensure resourcing needs are accurate and managed effectively
- Ensure faculty teaching staff have access to the relevant teaching material
- Ensure faculty staff have access to the relevant online adobe classroom
- Put through scheduling change request forms
- Regularly update resourcing key public documents
- Assistant with forward planning and information gathering for termly timetables
- Make formal offers of work to associate staff
- Maintain up to date faculty workload document
- Organise class sickness cover as and when required
- Monitor and respond to queries in shared resourcing inbox within 24 hours
- Provide regular updates on recruitment needs for marking
- Help maintain accurate marking data for invoicing and workload management
- Work closely with resourcing and finance administrators to ensure resourcing changes are reflected in invoicing trackers
