Applications are invited for an appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in Technology Law at the Law and Technology Centre at the Faculty of Law (Ref.: 502133), to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal for up to one additional year subject to satisfactory performance.

The fellow is expected to work on the research projects dealing with legal issues concerning regulation of data by technology companies and governments. The research projects will be conducted in collaboration between the Law and Technology Centre and the Institute for Technology Law & Policy at Georgetown University. Thus, the fellow will have ample opportunities to work closely with leading technology law scholars at the two research centres.

The fellow should possess a J.D. degree or Ph.D. in law; knowledge and ideally experience of issues relating to technology law; strong communication and organizational skills; and exceptional potential to develop a body of high-quality publications in scholarly journals.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.  At current rates, salaries tax does not exceed 15% of gross income.
