The Division of Renal-Electrolyte and Hypertension in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Instructor positions in the Academic Support Staff. This appointment will be initially for one (1) year and continuation during that time period and renewal are based on satisfactory performance and availability of funding (limited to three (3) years).

Responsibilities may include clinical duties on the outpatient and inpatient Renal clinics within the Health System and primarily at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, teaching medical students, resident and fellows and research.

Applicants must have an M.D or M.D./Ph.D. degree. Board certified/eligible in Nephrology is required. The successful applicant will have an opportunity to develop individual training experiences in research, patient care and/or teaching that allow candidates to attain personal career objectives while developing a career in an academic setting.
