Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the Faculty of Dentistry (Ref.: 501972), to commence as soon as possible for one to two years.

Applicants should possess a doctoral degree by research (Ph.D. or equivalent) in Dentistry, Psychology, Education, Public Health, or a related discipline. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; strong analytical and communication skills; a track record of publishing academic research papers; and the ability to perform quantitative research and statistical analysis, and manage large-scale database.  Applicants should also be self-motivated, hardworking, and able to work well in an interdisciplinary team.  Proficiency in at least one statistical software package (e.g. SPSS, Stata, SAS, R, Mplus) is required.

The appointee will assist the Principal Investigator and work with a team on a large-scale outreach dental service to kindergarten children. He/She will manage research activities such as overseeing data collection, analyzing data, drafting reports and literature review; and perform other duties as assigned. Those who have responded to the previous advertisement (Ref.: 500370) need not re-apply.
