About the position

The Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine seeks to appoint a highly skilled Curriculum Officer who will be an integral member of the professional team.

Reporting to the Team Leader, this position will coordinate the resourcing, planning and execution of clinical practical sessions within the medicine program. To be successful in this position, strong Microsoft Excel skills are required.

About the person:

The successful candidate will possess significant experience in a similar administrative role. Skills required include; highly efficient at Microsoft Excel and Office 365 applications such as Teams. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to analyse and interpret data. The ability to work independently whilst actively contributing to the team is essential, as is experience working in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment.

We welcome applications from dynamic individuals who thrive on working autonomously and can manger multiple priorities whilst  being part of a collaborative team in a busy and growing environment.

Experience and skills with rostering or scheduling will be highly regarded.

Please note an Excel-based work sample will form part of the selection process.

Salary details:

The salary range for this appointment is $57,833 to $66,868 p.a plus 9.5% superannuation per annum, dependant on skills and experience.
