Job Description Summary

The Manager, Administration and Finance (MAF) is an important member in the division of Pulmonary, Allergy and Critical Care. Reporting to the Director, Division Administration and working closely with the broader administrative team, and faculty.

Job Description

The MAF will oversee the non-clinical administrative and financial activities of the division.  This position will provide leadership, professional development and supervision to 3-5 administrative staff.   The MAF will manage the quality of engagements, oversee the collective team portfolio, and will serve as liaison with divisional business partners on the more complicated grants including training grants and program project with multiple sub-contracts. Moreover, it is expected that the MAF candidate will have significant relevant grants management and leadership experience such that s/he can oversee financial management of the grant and contract portfolio and lead a grant team that has complex matrix reporting relationships.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree and 5 to 7 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
