About the opportunity 

Reporting to Chair in Computer Engineering, Professor Dong Xu, the Postdoctoral Research Associate will contribute to the research effort of the School of School of Electrical and Information Engineering and develop research expertise relevant to the field of artificial intelligence research.

About you

  • completed (or near completion) a PhD in the relevant field of Computer Vision, Pattern Recognition, Image processing or Machine Learning
  • demonstrated skills/knowledge/experience in artificial intelligence research
  • a proven track record through literature review, qualitative and quantitative research and laboratory methods
  • demonstrated contribution to publications in top tier conferences and journals (e.g., IEEE T-PAMI, IEEE T-TIP, CVPR, ICCV and ECCV)
