Job Details

King’s Business School asks challenging questions of business and wider society: What is the meaning of work? Should business be more ethical? How can we measure productivity? What is modern slavery? Is big data the future of finance? The answers to these questions have the power to change the way business and society works.

These are also the questions that we ask of our students across our portfolio of degree programmes. And we want to expand that offering – enhancing our existing portfolio and building new programmes capable of attracting the brightest minds enabling the School to be competitive in future international rankings.

To achieve this, KBS is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead our market positioning and be a key voice in the future development of the School’s programme portfolio. This is a rare opportunity to join a young business school and get hands on in shaping a distinctive and compelling value proposition in a global and highly competitive marketplace.

The ideal candidate will be an exceptional marketeer first and foremost – familiar with complex products, working with senior stakeholders and a demonstrable track record of delivering successful multi-channel campaigns. We especially welcome applications from candidates who fit this profile and have experience of the business school and / or executive education market.

The role will sit within King’s College London’s Brand & Marketing team, and the post holder will spend up to four days per week working within King’s Business School.

The selection process will include an interview and a written task to be submitted in advance by candidates invited for interview.

For an informal discussion to find out more about the role please contact: Dan Maggs, Head of External Engagement, King’s Business School; daniel.maggs@kcl.ac.uk.
