Head of Tourism and Management Department
The College is looking for a suitable candidate to take up the role of Head of Tourism and Management Department. The role includes playing a key role in College and Departmental planning and Committees, including advising the Dean and Acting Assistant Dean on departmental staffing and other needs. Other responsibilities include program reports, the selection and recruitment of new academic staff, and overseeing departmental staff appraisal including making staff development recommendations.
The candidate must have the following qualifications and experience:
- Qualification: PhD in Tourism and/or Hospitality management
- Minimum 3 years teaching experience at undergraduate level
- Should have “Associate Professor” title
- Should have good contribution of published research papers in reputed journals in the area of specialization
