  • Fixed term, full-time appointments (January 2021 to December 2027)

The School of Liberal Arts invites applications for two Senior Lecturers for which the principal duties are to deliver specific subjects within our Bachelor of Arts in Western Civilisation degree. These positions will be offered for a 7-year fixed-term period.

Applicants should have strong Liberal Arts or Humanities credentials with a relevant background in Philosophy, possibly coupled with Literature and/or Classics and/or Religious Studies, as required to fulfil specific teaching needs. Appointees will have a demonstrated track record in research leadership and in, producing influential, high quality publications and participating in grant applications which feature in an active, forward-looking, impactful program of research.

All positions have an expected start date of 11 January 2021.
