The University’s Accommodation Office are looking for a Senior Digital Officer to lead and develop the digital communications around all aspects of our accommodation and applications processes. 

You’ll be an excellent communicator and well versed in all aspects of digital communications, with an understanding of what it takes to deliver complex messaging clearly and concisely to our diverse and multi-cultural audiences.  

Managing the annual communications plan you’ll be able to support the communication needs of a multi-disciplinary team, advising colleagues on channel mix and strategies for effectively delivering targeted messaging that enhances the experience of both prospective and current students, whilst upholding the University’s brand and tone of voice. Experience in video production, image manipulation, design and project management is also desirable.

Able to work effectively under pressure and under your own initiative, you’ll also be responsible for line managing the Digital Assistant and planning their workload.

The position is a part-time role of 21 hours per week. The working pattern is to be agreed between the post holder, line manager and Head of Accommodation Office.
