The Research and Innovation Office Administrator will support the smooth running of the Research and Innovation Office, providing first class administrative support to ensure efficiency, professionalism, and high standards of customer service, often being the first point of contact for visitors to the office. The Administrator will make recommendations for improvements when necessary to ensure the office operates efficiently.

The Research and Innovation Office Administrator role is critical in supporting the core business functions of the office offering a flexible ‘pooled resource’ for staff split over the Cranfield and Shrivenham sites.

You will be educated to A-level standard or equivalent and have experience in an administrative role with a thorough understanding of office systems and processes. With a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages you will have effective organisational and planning skills and comfortable managing a considerable and varied workload. Excellent communication skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload are essential.
