The world-renowned Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience is looking for a Student Engagement Manager to join the Education and Support Team. This exciting new role will make a significant contribution to the development and delivery of student engagement initiatives and activities throughout the Faculty. Reporting directly to the Faculty Education Manager and working closely with the Quality Assurance Manager; Taught Programmes Manager, the Dean and Deputy Dean of Education, as well as colleagues at College level, the Student Engagement Manager will significantly contribute to the development and then be responsible for the implementation of strategies, policies and processes to enhance student experience through student engagement.

This opportunity is ideal for an organised, proactive, confident individual who is comfortable working largely autonomously and able to develop excellent working relationships at all levels of the Faculty and College. 

Whilst previous experience in Student Engagement or Student Experience isn’t necessary for this role, the post holder will need to have some experience of student engagement focused activities and processes within a University and be passionate about improving Student Experience through developing Student Engagement. Transferable skills, aptitude and a ‘can do’ attitude are very important. This could be an ideal post for an individual with programme administration experience who is interested in developing and broadening their career path.

This post will be offered on an indefinite contract.

This is a full-time post.

The selection process will include a panel interview, an assessment, and or a presentation. Interviews are anticipated to take place on Monday 2nd March 2020 .
