We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate to support the delivery of individual projects, while contributing to our broad strategic aims. Experience in developing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, process improvements and engaging a diverse range of stakeholders in a large organization is desirable.
As Project Officer, you’ll be supporting in:
- simplifying and improving access to information and support for all King’s students (31,000+)
- supporting the development of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, so that students may access all levels of support quickly and seamlessly, in one system
- supporting the strategic development of the Student Services Frontline team so that they are continually keeping pace with student needs
