We are seeking to appoint a high calibre individual with and excellent international reputation to join our successful and highly committed team of academic staff in the Faculty of health and Life Sciences.  You will be expected to help drive research, innovation and teaching excellence in the Department of Nursing, Midwifery and Health, in the subject discipline of Mental Health Nursing.

You must hold a first degree and be qualified to Doctoral level in a relevant discipline and have leading subject expertise in mental health nursing, with specialist knowledge gained through research activity, professional practice or consultancy. Proven ability to deliver high quality research led teaching within mental health nursing and a publication profile commensurate with the post of Professor/Associate Professor are essential. Registration with the UK Nursing and Midwifery Council as a mental health nurse is essential.
