The School of Sociology, Politics and International Studies (SPAIS) is looking to recruit an Executive Assistant to the School’s Executive Administration Team, who work closely to ensure key school activities are managed and delivered on time.
The role holder will provide administrative support to the Senior Executive Assistant including, (but not confined to) supporting School meetings, finance tasks using MyERP and ensuring the physical environment of the School is a well-maintained working environment.
Applicants must have a proven track record in administration. They will have excellent customer service and communication skills and must be able to form effective relationships with staff and stakeholders at all levels. They must be highly organised, with a flexible, proactive and supportive approach to work, with a friendly and positive disposition.
Whilst the role holder will have delegated tasks, they will also be expected to organise their own day-to-day work to meet clear objectives, providing an effective service.
