POSITION:

• University teacher: Assistant professor
• Job type: full-time
• Duration: indefinite period (permanent contract) - Probationary period: 4 months

REQUIREMENTS:

• Required educational level and area: doctoral degree, PhD in the law field
• Valid habilitation title: the candidate must have a valid academic title Assistant professor in the field of administrative law. In case a candidate does not have a valid habilitation title, the evidence of meeting the criteria for appointment to the title Assistant professor at the University in Ljubljana must be provided alongside the job application which also serves as a habilitation application
• Languages: Slovene (B2- active user) and English (B2- active user)
• Other skills: rhetoric skills, work management skills, innovative and creative thinking - Work Experience: 4 years

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Planning and ammending course syllabus and higher-education programmes;
• Organizing and managing the activities related to the implementation of the course;
• Giving lectures, seminars and other course-related activities;
• Planning and managing activities related to knowledge examinations (supervising exams, grading exams and papers, etc.)
• Assisting and supervising students with their research and study activities, providing mentorship to students in preparing their diplomas, master and doctoral theses;
• Engaging in scientific research
