We are currently embarked on an ambitious capital development programme across our estate that will see us consolidate within the city centre. Beyond this a new estates strategy is being drafted for 2020- 2030 that will set out the new build, refurbishment and maintenance projects required to meet the growing demands of a modern civic university. A vacancy for a full time Campus Support Team Leader within the Facilities Team has become available for highly motivated individuals that will support the strategy of the Campus Support Teams.

You will be responsible for supervising staff in the delivery of Estates and Facilities Management functions ensuring service standards, key performance indicators and the highest level of customer care is delivered at all times.

You will have a HNC / HND or equivalent qualification, or proven record of accomplishment of previous work experience in a relevant role. You will also have experience of supervising service delivery in an FM environment.

It is expected that the role will be based at the IM Marsh Campus initially.

Whilst the ability to drive is a preference for this role, applications will be accepted from those who cannot drive at present.

With over 4,000 students and 250 staff, the Faculty specialises in Astrophysics, Maritime and Mechanical Engineering; Electronics and Electrical Engineering; Built Environment; Civil Engineering; Computer Science and Applied Mathematics. The hub will be further strengthened by a new Manufacturing Technology Centre to build knowledge and understanding about the manufacturing technologies.
