Role Description

This role, based in the Kings Norton Library, will provide a high-quality, information service to Cranfield University’s Schools of Aerospace, Transport and Manufacturing (SATM) and Water, Environment and Agrifood, Energy and Power (SWEE).

We are developing a new approach to supporting learners, researchers and academic staff based on function, i.e. specialising in either education or research support, and are seeking an individual to help us shape this role as one of the team responsible for education support for taught programmes.

You will have excellent interpersonal and team working skills, and the ability to liaise with academic staff and work collaboratively across the University.  Evidence of a commitment to and knowledge of the use of Technology Enhanced Learning to improve learning outcomes and the learner experience is essential.

You will have a first degree in a relevant subject area, and experience of working in a customer facing role in an academic library.

Some evening and weekend working will be necessary.
