With the $90bn federal investment in naval shipbuilding and submarine building, and substantial investments by federal and state governments in infrastructure such as the neighbouring Lot Fourteen technology park, the University will be engaged with leading agencies and companies in defence, space and cybersecurity. In addition, opportunities abound for the faculty in energy and resources, agritech, biotech, artificial intelligence, nanomaterials and much more.

As Executive Dean, you will have a critical role to play—not only in developing our future STEM leaders and helping industry capitalise on emerging global opportunities, but also in strengthening our position as South Australia’s truly global university.
