About the Job

We have two part-time opportunities for teaching academics to join the team in the School of Nursing and Midwifery to support the School’s teaching outcomes and to carry out activities to maintain and develop their scholarly, research and/or professional activities.

The School of Nursing and Midwifery is the largest of its kind in South Australia, with considerable resources to ensure that student learning is the best that it can be with innovative curricula to produce graduates with the knowledge and skills needed by the health industry, now and into the future.

This position will be responsible for the development, delivery and coordination of courses within the School’s postgraduate programs.

Skills and Experience

Do you hold a PhD qualification (or are you near to completion) in a health-related discipline, with demonstrated contribution to the discipline of health services management? If so, apply now.

We are seeking an individual with experience teaching students engaged in postgraduate health management programs, with a strong commitment to teaching through continual development, and the capacity to undertake contemporary teaching practices, including design and preparation of innovative teaching activities and resources.

A demonstrated understanding of global and national health policies and priorities and experience in health service management is required.
