As part of that strategy we seek to appoint Lecturer/Senior Lecturers to contribute to the teaching and research activities in the areas of Law, Economics and Finance.

For all roles, we are looking for candidates with a strong commitment to excellence in teaching and an innovative approach to delivering the curriculum at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.  Ideally you will have experience of Higher Education but applications from candidates with a recognised qualification and those from a professional/commercial background seeking to move to a career in education would also be welcomed. 

For the Finance appointment, we are seeking candidates with experience of teaching investment strategies and analysis, derivatives and risk management. Expertise in the areas of banking and financial institutions and monetary policy would be an advantage.

In all of these roles continuing academic development is expected as a means of keeping up to date with developments in those areas reflecting the changes in the business and law landscape and environment.  We encourage staff who are research active.
