The Clinical Trials Office is a dynamic department which exists to serve the research agenda of King’s Health Partners by providing a single interface for those wishing to conduct clinical trials within the partner institutions. We are seeking to appoint someone to join our growing team.  If you have a background in research administration and are ready for a new challenge; and would like to work in a fast paced environment with opportunity for career progression, we would like to hear from you.

As a Clinical Trials Admin Assistant (CTAA) you will act as the initial key contact within the Clinical Trials Office for all researchers, commercial companies and contract research organisations wishing to undertake commercial clinical trials within the KHP partner organisations. CTAA’s project manage all amendments to open studies, assisting the team with ad-hoc tasks including archiving.

Candidates ideally will have sound educational qualifications to at least GCSE level, with suitable experience of clinical trials administration in a clinical research environment in an academic, NHS or pharmaceutical industry setting.

This post will be offered on an indefinite contract. This is a full-time post.

The selection process will include a panel interview.
