Job Description
- HR Business Partnering duties including, but not limited to:
- Support departments in their human capital planning and resource requirements, e.g. recruitment, off-boarding, etc.
- Conduct job evaluation (for new positions and where necessary)
- Prepare salary package, letter of appointments, work with the HRM team on start work arrangement, background screening/ security clearance, employment pass application, etc
- Conduct first day briefings for all new staff
- Handle, where required, performance counselling, grievance management,etc
- Handle internal transfer requests
- Manage offboarding of staff and exit interviews
- Handle Compensation matters including, but not limited to:
- Annual Increment and Bonus exercise
- Annual Promotion exercise
- Sale Commission calculation and payout
- Compensation related System enhancement and process improvement
- Any other duties/ projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Degree with at least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Prior experience in Compensation and HR Business Partnering will be advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Prior experience in the use of SAP is preferred
- Meticulous, proactive and self-driven
- Excellent interpersonal and communications (both written & spoken) skills
- Able to work collaboratively with others
