The School wishes to appoint a Lecturer in Integrated Healthcare (Population Health/Epidemiology) to lead and contribute to course management, course delivery and course development in this area and to undertake related research and knowledge transfer activities.

Working within a committed and enthusiastic team you will focus primarily on programmes in the School of Medicine including the MBBS and the PGDip Physician Associates programme. You will support the Theme Lead for Evidence Informed Practice of Medicine (EIPOM) in the academic leadership, development and delivery of Modules within EIPOM, with a strong focus on public health, epidemiology and integrated healthcare. You will also develop and deliver assessment and evaluation for these programmes.
You will hold a first degree and doctoral degree (or be working towards) in an appropriate health-related subject as well as a teaching qualification (or willingness to undertake on appointment) or membership of the HE

Experience in the organisation, planning and delivery of education programmes in a clinical/educational environment is essential, including experience of teaching and assessment. You will have experience of working within Professional Body requirements (e.g. FPH) and of undertaking research.
You must possess excellent communication and presentation skills; have an ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and maintain good working relationships with other healthcare professions and NHS partners.
