It is known for its excellence in leadership development, its deep-rooted relationships with organisations of all kinds, and its focus on transforming learning and research into improved management practice.

The Strategy Group has a long tradition of excellent teaching and rigorous, relevant research. It delivers core and elective Strategic Management modules on a range of masters programmes including the Masters of Business Administration and MSc in Management. In addition, we have a strong doctoral research programme which includes PhD and DBA candidates

Reporting to the Head of the Strategy Group, you will already have experience in teaching strategic management or related areas at postgraduate level. In the case of SL applicants you will have an established record of working with senior executives and in developing their thought leadership through books, blogs and other outlets. Cranfield also values industrial experience and therefore candidates who have practical experience of working in strategy related roles will be considered positively.

Cranfield academics are energetic, enthusiastic and informed. We are looking for a like-minded individual with the ability to work in a team to develop world class thought leadership and learning experiences.

At Cranfield, we value Diversity and Inclusion, and aim to create and maintain a culture in which everyone can work and study together harmoniously with dignity and respect and realise their full potential.
