We are recruiting for two key roles in our Technology Services team at an exciting time as we prepare to launch a new Technology Strategy. You will be joining a capable service desk team, already recognised as a centre of knowledge and expertise. You are passionate about technology and customer service and will bring strong technical knowledge along with an enthusiasm to develop your existing skills in both technology and customer service.
The two roles are key to improving the customer service experience for staff and students and have a significant degree of overlap; one having more focus on supporting and training end users in St Mary’s systems and the other having more focus on maintaining a self-service utility for staff and students.
St. Mary’s has a number of major projects that will be executed over the coming three years and you will have the opportunity to work on providing an efficient and responsive service desk, contributing to the success of our excellent University.
