- Full time, Fixed term position (12 months) at the Melbourne (Bundoora) campus
- $ 94,222.00- $ 108,005.00 per annum plus up to 17% superannuation
About the role
You will support the Course Management Reform Program implementing business processes and solutions to course and subject management at the University.
You will provide a range of specialist technical support and advice to ensure the successful and effective project delivery. This includes:
- Documentation and development of end to end business processes and data flow models
- Business and functional requirements
- Management and facilitation of workshops
- Working with the solution vendor and La Trobe University staff to ensure their delivery of the business requirements
Skills & Experience
To be considered for this role you will have completed a Postgraduate qualification with relevant experience or have an equivalent combination of knowledge, training and experience. Experience in a senior business process improvement or business change implementation role is essential. You will possess strong analytical, conceptual, communication, interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills. The ability to identify and assess business requirements is critical for success in this role. You must also possess knowledge of and experience in the disciplines, principles and methodologies associated with the end to end software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
