About the positions
The Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Officer positions will be responsible for providing high-quality customer services to students, academics and industry partners involved in the WIL program across the College. The positions are the main point of contact, providing appropriate support and guidance on a wide variety of often complex queries. The WIL Officers undertake a range of administrative services, including entry and maintenance of the student placement and employer database, the drafting of correspondence, taking and follow up of minutes and action items, organising meetings and the updating of WIL program materials.
Skills and Experience
To be considered for these positions, you will possess high level written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders at different levels. Demonstrated capacity to work independently, and manage your workload effectively and efficiently is essential for the roles. Your high level customer service skills will ensure you are able to develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with your stakeholders.
