University of Bristol Students’ Union role
We’re looking for someone with the passion and drive to support Bristol SU’s People and Administration team in ensuring every student has an excellent experience during their time at University of Bristol.
A strong administrator who strives for continuously high standard, with an interest in HR, you will support our Head of People and Administration to ensure an excellent provision of HR administration, learning and development and support for employee wellbeing.
Hours: c.25 hours per week (part time) – days of work to be agreed with the successful candidate. We will accept requests for flexible working and would be open to discussing the exact number of hours, although are unable to offer this role full-time.
Closing date: 9am on Tuesday 19th November

Who are you?
- You’ll have experience in working in an administrative role, preferably in an HR environment
- You’ll have excellent interpersonal and communication skills - You’ll have effective time management skills with the ability to manage a varied workload and competing demands
- You’ll have a good understanding of the Equality Act and Data Protection Act and the importance of confidentiality.
