Personal Assistant to the Principal & Vice-Chancellor

£23,754 - £28,332 per annum

35 hours per week (with a flexible approach to working pattern)

You will provide professional, efficient and effective PA support to the Principal and Vice-Chancellor.  Working within an executive setting, and as part of a wider team supporting the Principal and Vice-Chancellor’s Office, you will be a highly experienced, professional and flexible individual with a ‘can do’ attitude. 

You will have extensive experience of complex diary management, excellent IT and analytical skills and a high level of interpersonal skills.  Working as part of a small team in a fast-paced environment, you will have an outgoing manner, excellent communication, organisational and administrative skills and an ability to deal tactfully and confidentially with a range of people and situations.

You will be educated to HND level or have equivalent experience in a similar role demonstrated through relevant and practical work experience within a busy, customer focussed executive environment.
