Customer Relationship Management Assistant
The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team is responsible for supporting the recruitment activities of the University. Working closely with colleagues across the division and wider University departments, the CRM assistant will create a professional suite of applicant and enquirer communications, supporting undergraduate, postgraduate, and international student recruitment.
The role is office based, building email templates, creating marketing lists, and reporting performance using the Customer Relationship Management database.
We are looking for someone who can learn quickly, has great attention to detail, with experience of database administration, and has an interest in recruiting students and marketing. Planning and organisational skills are essential, as are interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with an audience.
