The Faculty of Sport, Health and Applied Science is an internationally recognised centre with established expertise and resources in sport, health and exercise sciences. The University is one of London’s top-performing sports institutions. Our new £8.5m sports centre was home to athletes from ten teams during the London 2012 Olympic Games. Today, it is a regular training ground for many international athletes.

The Faculty of Sport, Health and Applied Science is seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Applied Physics.

You will hold a relevant PhD qualification in experimental physics or relevant discipline. You will be an effective contributor to the activities of a number of teams of staff and have successful experience of lecturing at Higher Education level.

It is essential that you have the ability to contribute to undergraduate teaching in the areas of:

  • Experimental Physics and Electronics
  • Computational Physics and Data Processing
  • Advanced Manufacturing
