Group Organisation Development plays a critical role in helping to develop the capability of our staff, both in the UK and internationally and our agenda spans both the Academic and Professional Service roles. We are now seeking to recruit an OD Manager for a 12 month fixed-term period.

Reporting to the Head of Group Professional and Organisation Development (GPOD), the post holder will work as part of a team and have a specific remit to design, develop and deliver a range of interventions to the University Group.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience and a track record of delivery in the majority of the following areas and with deep specialism in at least two;   

  • Leadership and Management Development
  • On-line and technology enabled learning
  • Coaching and Mentoring Programmes
  • Change Management
  • Professional Skills Development Portfolio
  • Team and Conference facilitation

You will be able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, global organisation. Experience of having worked in a complex environment within Organisation Development and/or Learning and Development is essential.

A self-motivated and results-driven individual, you will have great interpersonal and organisational skills and experience of building relationships and working effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. You will be expected to demonstrate your exceptional presentation and facilitation skills during the interview process.
