The role will be based in a busy school office and day to day duties will include welcoming and directing visitors, arranging meetings and catering, dealing with cash and post, stocking printers and copiers, filing, photocopying, printing, compiling and formatting documents, data entry, and managing the staff coffee lounge. You may also be required to prepare documents for meetings and take minutes as required.
