The discipline of Education within the College of Arts, Society and Education is embarking on a journey of expansion and reinvigoration. With a focus on developing contemporary learning methodologies to support education in regional and remote communities, the College is seeking to appoint a dedicated and motivated leader to support and grow our highly valued academics enhancing not only their careers but in turn the lives and experiences of our students.

As a senior member of the College, you will manage and lead outcomes in research, learning and teaching and engagement.  With a focus on developing early career academics and implementing succession plans to ensure sustainability of the group, you will role model collegiality and professionalism in line with the University values and strategic intent.

Your ability to engage with stakeholders across the University, industry and community groups whilst building and fostering positive working relationships will be imperative to your success. Your established research and teaching profile will provide inspiration to your team as you positively influence a culture of high performance, innovation and collegiality now and into the future.
