An opportunity has arisen within the Lancashire School of Business and Enterprise for a highly motivated academic to lead the roll out of our new Digital Marketing Degree Apprenticeship programme at our Burnley campus.

The successful applicant will make a significant contribution to enhancing the course portfolio, will lead on course development and delivery, and play a key role in employer liaison associated with the Degree Apprenticeship.

You must have extensive experience of teaching in higher education in the area of business, digital marketing and management, and should have experience of working with professional bodies for accreditation and recognition of HE programmes.

You should be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of establishing and assessing effective work-based learning approaches in collaboration with employers.

You will hold a relevant degree with a teaching qualification. You will have experience of curriculum development and a proven ability to mentor, coach, supervise and support students and staff. You will be willing to adapt to a changing work environment and have a flexible approach to working hours.
