Hours: 21.6 hours per week (0.6 FTE)

Primary Purpose of the Post

To work directly with students to provide learning support in the Faculty. The primary support will be to provide academic literacy and pastoral support to students who would benefit from this support. The post holder will be required to work closely with and report to the Associate Dean for Student Experience as well as liaising closely with academic colleagues within the Faculty.

You will hold a degree in any relevant discipline and a post-graduate degree and a Diploma in English Language Teaching for Adults (DELTA) or Master’s degree in a related area (Applied Linguistics/TESOL/TEAP or similar). You will have experience of working with students in an IELTS role, preferably in Higher Education.
