The Research Services Office (RSO) is the central coordination point for the University’s research business applications, external research performance programs, internal research performance analytics, research funding support and ethics activities.

The Research Business Applications Manager is responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing operation of UOW’s research business application systems. Key responsibilities include leading a small team of IT specialists, client and stakeholder management across the organisation, contribution to training resources, front-line leadership with the Research Analytics, Systems and Support Team, and coordinating application service delivery with internal and external service providers.

In addition the Research Business Applications Manager will actively support and contribute to the strategic plans of the Research Analytics, Systems and Support Team, the Research Service Office and the Research and Innovation Division.
